The delivery of Box Boys materials is free to Brighton and Hove residents for all moving packs, packing boxes and materials - outside this area, normal posting and packaging applies.

Delivery time
Our delivery is very quick and is executed at the time you specify. To make an order call 07702 719 269 for immediate response (Business hours 9-5 Mon-Fri & 9-1 Sat). We do deliver outside business hours but your order must be placed within business hours.
Do Box Boys use a courier service?
Never. As we are a family business we can provide a personalised service, avoiding many of the curtomer-service issues many larger companies run into. You may not want them leaving your boxes somewhere other than inside your house or garage if you cannot get home for the delivery time. Also, couriers cannot always ensure they deliver at specified times so you may miss a delivery. You can call us at any time during business hours to agree a delivery time and we will be there on time.
How do the boxes arrive?
You can ask for delivery times that occur outside of regular business hours. This is quite rare among packaging supplies companies, who can only give you the option of a morning or evening delivery.

Refunds
If you are not totally happy with our service or the quality of the materials then we will immediately give you back any money you have spent with Box Boys. Boxes must be made ready for us to pick up and in their original condition, unused and in their packaging.
Box Boys Guarantee
While unlikely, if your packaging supplies materials are not delivered on time, or are mis-directed, we will immediately get your order out again on the same day to Brighton and Hove residents. Most other businesses will re-order your packing equipment the next day and make no compensation for the inconvenience. We can offer such a personal service because we deliver all the boxes and materials ourselves and do not rely on couriers.
