Do Box Boys use a courier service?
Courier Service
If you are a national customer, we use the cheapest, most reliable courier service available to supply your goods.
You can contact us at any time during office hours to set up a delivery time and we will stick to it.

Can you deliver at specific times?
You can request specific delivery times that even occur outside of regular office hours. This is quite rare among removals packaging companies, who may only offer you the option of a morning or evening delivery.
If for some reason you are not pleased with the service or the quality of the materials then we will immediately refund any money you have spent with Box Boys. Boxes must be made ready for us to collect and in their original condition, unused and in their packaging.
In the unlikely event that your removals packaging materials do not arrive or are mis-directed, or if the wrong items are sent to you, we will immediately re-send your order the same day. Most other companies will re-order your materials the following day and make no compensation for the inconvenience caused. We can offer such a personalised and caring service because we delivery the boxes ourselves and do not rely on third parties.
